Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of quality assurance processes within the university. This role ensures that teaching standards, program outcomes and institutional practices meet internal and external benchmarks, supporting student success and academic excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between the university and external assessors for internal quality assurance activities.
• Design, implement and monitor quality assurance processes aligned with the university’s internal framework.
• Coordinate annual monitoring, reporting and review activities across faculties, analyse data and present findings.
• Prepare annual quality assurance reports, provide feedback and advise deans on corrective actions.
• Participate in the university’s learning and teaching strategy and relevant committees.
• Promote best practices, ensure compliance with external requirements and disseminate QA policies through training.
• Oversee risk‑management activities and maintain QA documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Director.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in a higher‑education setting, preferably in educational administration.
• Master’s degree in Educational Administration, Management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, deliver training and handle confidential information with accuracy.
• Result‑oriented mindset with strong planning, organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and school‑based management.
• Statistical analysis capability for monitoring and reporting.
