Senior Student Recruitment Officer

About the role

The Senior Student Recruitment Officer will lead the planning and execution of student recruitment initiatives for AGB Consulting in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on attracting prospective students through both online and offline channels while providing guidance throughout the admissions journey.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement student recruitment strategies, including outreach to schools, universities and education partners.
• Manage online and offline campaigns to attract prospective students and increase enrollment numbers.
• Conduct information sessions, counsel prospective students and families, respond to inquiries and guide applicants through admissions and enrollment.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases, prepare performance reports and analyse recruitment metrics.
• Represent the organisation at education fairs and events, support marketing initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Strong student recruitment, admissions counselling and relationship‑building experience.
• Proven ability to engage prospective students and education partners.
• Experience in event planning, outreach coordination and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
• Organisational and time‑management abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and Khmer.
• Proficiency with office software and digital communication tools.
