About the role
The Quality Assurance Manager will lead the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System and food safety programs for a food processing operation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain QMS and food safety systems.
- Implement and monitor HACCP, ISO 22000 and related food safety standards.
- Control quality of raw materials, production processes and finished products.
- Manage audits, non‑conformities, customer complaints and corrective‑preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure hygiene, sanitation, traceability and proper documentation.
- Train staff on quality, food safety and hygiene requirements.
- Monitor product specifications, quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Warehouse and Procurement to maintain consistent quality.
