Project Scheduler for Onshore Wind Farm

About the role

The Project Scheduler will develop, maintain, and monitor the master schedule for an onshore wind farm project, ensuring coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning phases.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain the master schedule using Primavera P6, MS Project or equivalent, covering all project disciplines.
• Coordinate schedule inputs and progress updates with EPC contractors, turbine suppliers, civil works contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify critical path, float, and key milestones; report variances and propose mitigation and recovery plans.
• Prepare extension of time analyses, S‑curves, look‑ahead schedules, progress narratives, and resource histograms as required.
• Facilitate regular schedule review meetings and maintain schedule documentation, including baseline approvals and change logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of scheduling and coordination experience on large infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
• Proven experience working with EPC contracts and multidisciplinary teams.
