Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage supplier selection and relationships for Huawei Technologies Cambodia. The role focuses on ensuring a stable supply chain, cost control and alignment with corporate procurement strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and participate in the selection and management of suppliers across Cambodia.
• Build long‑term partnerships with key suppliers in line with headquarters and regional strategies.
• Analyse procurement demand and market conditions to achieve cost‑control objectives.
• Gather and analyse market and client research to identify potential suppliers.
• Promote Huawei’s procurement processes and guidelines to suppliers.
• Manage sourcing activities, including RFQ, RFP and RFI issuance, quotation analysis and negotiation.
• Revise benchmarks and monitor new supply markets and supplier capabilities.
• Handle administrative procurement tasks such as office leasing, vehicle lease, hotel and dormitory arrangements, conference services and medical insurance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Procurement, Administration, Finance, Legal or Logistics.
• Minimum two years of experience in procurement or related fields.
• Fluent communication in English and Chinese.
• Strong coordination, organisational and communication abilities.
• High level of patience, cooperation, initiative and execution.
