Assurance Trainee - Fresh Graduates

About the role

EY is recruiting Assurance Staff in Phnom Penh for fresh graduates and final-year students. As a member of the assurance team, you will contribute technically to audit engagements and internal projects, build internal and external relationships and identify and escalate business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make a technical contribution to audit engagements and internal projects
• Establish internal and external relationships
• Identify and escalate potential business opportunities on existing engagements
• Anticipate and identify risks, escalating issues as appropriate
• Confirm that client deliverables are of high quality and reviewed by the next-level reviewer

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or final-year student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking, Economics, Business or another related field
• Agile, growth-oriented, curious and purpose-driven mindset
• Inclusive, valuing diverse perspectives
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to travel for out-of-town assignments
