Operations & Quality Junior Consultant – Hospitality & F&B

About the role

The Operations & Quality Junior Consultant will support our hospitality and food‑and‑beverage clients in Phnom Penh by designing and refining Standard Operating Procedures, creating operational manuals, and conducting on‑site audits. Working in both English and Khmer, you will act as an advisor and project coordinator to help clients achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update customized Operational Manuals covering HR, Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Bar and Kitchen functions.
• Design client‑specific Standard Operating Procedures, including recruitment policies, grooming standards, reservation handling and F&B processes.
• Assist clients with recipe sheet creation, costing frameworks, menu engineering and yield standardisation.
• Act as junior project manager to track milestones, coordinate client dossiers and ensure timely delivery of consulting services.
• Conduct regular on‑site audits, identify operational gaps, verify SOP compliance and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare clients for external certifications (e.g., HACCP, ISO) and liaise with certification bodies as needed.

Required profile

• Proactive, structured and detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to produce content in Khmer.
• Interest in hospitality, tourism and F&B sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
