Operations & Administration Officer

About the role

Royal Group Wellness Center is seeking two motivated individuals to join the team as Operations & Administration Officers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily clinic operations, handling patient registration, and supporting insurance and corporate health activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, medical documentation, and records.
• Prepare and process insurance paperwork, claim documents, and related administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, corporate HR teams, and patients as needed.
• Follow up on incomplete insurance documentation and claim-related matters.
• Support corporate health check activities and on‑site programs.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, nurses, finance, and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate reports, filing, and operational records.
• Ensure a professional patient experience and smooth clinic operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, medical centre, or similar healthcare environment.
• Experience handling medical insurance paperwork or claims is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of patient registration and clinic administrative processes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good command of Khmer and English is preferred.
