Operations & Administration Officer – Healthcare

About the role

The Royal Group Wellness Center is seeking two experienced Operations & Administration Officers to ensure smooth daily functioning of its clinic. You will act as a key liaison between patients, medical staff, insurers, and corporate partners, delivering a professional and efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily clinic operations and administrative activities.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, medical documentation, and records.
• Prepare and process insurance paperwork, claim documents, and related administrative requirements.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, corporate HR teams, and patients to resolve documentation gaps.
• Assist with corporate health check programs and on‑site wellness initiatives.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, finance, and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate reports, filing systems, and operational records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a clinic, hospital, medical centre, or similar healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with medical insurance paperwork and claim processes is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient registration and clinic administrative workflows.
• Excellent organizational attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and responsibly.
• Fluency in Khmer and English is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital record‑keeping systems.
