About the role

We are looking for a highly capable Senior Accounting Staff to join our branch in Stung Treng. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate daily accounting operations and will support the branch’s financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting transactions with 100% accuracy.
• Prepare, verify and enter contracts, expense documents and other transactions into the core banking system promptly.
• Maintain complete and organized accounting reference files.
• Prepare cash‑flow statements and monthly cash‑in/out reports.
• Manage and reconcile inventory, fixed assets and other branch balances.
• Perform daily, monthly and yearly closing procedures and ensure the correctness of accounting records.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual and annual financial reports for the Branch Manager and Head Office.
• Monitor, analyse and report performance results against the approved plan.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in banking or micro‑finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and banking regulations.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• High integrity, responsibility and teamwork orientation.
