Marketing, Sales, Communications & E‑Commerce Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing, Sales, Communications & E‑Commerce Manager to lead the global brand strategy for two boutique resorts – Navutu Dreams Resort & Wellness Retreat in Siem Reap, Cambodia and Navutu Stars Resort in Fiji. Based in Siem Reap, you will coordinate digital presence, revenue growth and public relations across both properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OTA and GDS content, pricing, rate parity and promotions for both resorts.
• Drive direct bookings through website UI/UX improvements, special packages and engine optimisation (e.g., Simple Booking, Cloudbeds).
• Oversee SEO, Google Analytics tracking, and ROI analysis to refine marketing spend.
• Coordinate external agencies for digital, social and advertising campaigns.
• Create visual and written content that showcases eco‑luxury, wellness retreats and culinary experiences.
• Design and execute email marketing, CRM nurture sequences and seasonal newsletters.
• Handle PR, media relations, influencer visits and manage online reputation on TripAdvisor, Google Reviews and OTA feedback platforms.
• Maintain B2B relationships with travel agencies, DMCs, wholesalers and wellness retreat partners.
• Negotiate production agreements, overrides and contracting cycles with key travel partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing and B2B sales within the hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret traffic, conversion and revenue data.
• Excellent storytelling and content creation skills to promote wellness and boutique hospitality.
