Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer is a full‑time, on‑site position in Phnom Penh, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing activities across Khmer Beverages' diverse product portfolio. The role assists in developing campaigns, coordinating internal and external partners, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and rollout of marketing campaigns for multiple beverage brands.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage social media content calendars and publish engaging posts.
• Prepare marketing collateral and support promotional events.
• Track campaign performance against key metrics and report results.
• Conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong market‑focused skills, including market research and trend analysis.
• Excellent communication abilities for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in social media marketing and digital engagement.
• Experience in sales or sales support to align marketing with commercial goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the beverage or FMCG sector and familiarity with the Cambodian market are a plus.
