Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to create and manage engaging content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and other digital channels, run paid advertising campaigns, and support product launches while highlighting Rary’s Cambodian identity.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging photos, videos, captions, and regular content for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital channels, following brand identity and current social trends.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns while controlling budgets and improving reach, engagement, views, and conversions.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and develop storytelling content that highlights Rary’s Cambodian identity, product quality, values, and benefits to build brand awareness and customer trust.
• Support product launches, promotions, discounts, and other marketing activities while creating content that increases product value and customer interest.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to increase online sales through social commerce, marketplaces, and other digital sales channels.
• Track digital marketing results including reach, engagement, views, conversions, and ROI; prepare weekly/monthly reports and recommend improvements.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, food bloggers, restaurants, and other brand partners to conduct product reviews, giveaways, PR activities, and joint promotional campaigns.
