Strategic Planning & Event Manager

About the role

Responsible for managing Partnership Distribution budgeting, expense governance, and the development of tactical campaigns, sales incentive and compensation programs. Oversees planning and execution of events, incentive trips, merchandising and logistics to drive business growth and channel performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all PD tactical campaigns, sales incentive and compensation programs, events, incentive trips, merchandise, and logistics activities.
• Manage PD budget planning, utilization, and campaign investment effectiveness to ensure optimal resource use and cost efficiency.
• Design and implement impactful, cost‑effective tactical campaigns and compensation schemes that enhance sales productivity and channel engagement.
• Ensure successful planning and execution of PD events, recognition programs, incentive trips, and customer engagement initiatives through stakeholder collaboration and vendor governance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Strategic Planning Lead and Campaign & Promotion Executive to deliver operational excellence.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including PD functions, AIA departments, business partners, and vendors, to support PD’s business strategy and growth ambitions.
