Marketing Event Administrator

About the role

Chip Mong Retail is seeking a Marketing Event Administrator to join its Event Marketing team in Phnom Penh. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting the planning, coordination and execution of marketing events and promotions across the company’s retail portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock requests, issuance, returns and tracking of marketing assets and point‑of‑sale materials (POSM).
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage and organization of assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill event material and stock requirements.
• Prepare and arrange marketing materials for events and campaigns.
• Support event setup, dismantling and distribution of materials as needed.
• Maintain documentation, reports and records of marketing assets and event performance.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Event Marketing Team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in administration, marketing, events or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outside regular hours when events require it.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
