Marketing Administrator (Part‑time, Hybrid)

About the role

Inno Labs is seeking a part‑time Marketing Administrator to support its marketing operations in a hybrid setting based in Phnom Penh or Siem Reap. The role blends administrative support with hands‑on digital marketing tasks, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and align with the company’s venture objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and maintain up‑to‑date content calendars.
• Create and edit marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
• Assist with digital marketing activities such as social media posting, email outreach, and basic analytics tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile results, and share insights with the team.
• Handle routine administrative duties including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and preparing internal communications.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to keep initiatives aligned with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Graduated or currently studying in a related field (e.g., marketing, communications, business).
• Comfortable working with online collaboration tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendars) and social media platforms.
• Fluent in Khmer and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Creative thinker capable of turning a blank page into a campaign idea and a calendar into an actionable plan.
