Manager, Digital Marketing

About the role

The Manager, Digital Marketing will lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns for Chip Mong Retail. Based on‑site in Chbar Ampov Muoy, the role focuses on driving brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth through online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns across social, search and display platforms.
• Manage social media accounts, create and schedule content, and run promotional activities.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation initiatives to attract and convert potential customers.
• Monitor web analytics, track campaign performance and produce regular performance reports.
• Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising and retail operations teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, lead generation and web analytics.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Khmer proficiency is an advantage.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or consumer‑brand environments preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; relevant digital‑marketing certifications are a plus.
