Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Marketing Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day marketing operations for Chip Mong Retail’s diverse portfolio. Based in Phnom Penh, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on planning and executing campaigns that strengthen brand positioning, drive sales growth, and boost customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate market research, analyse customer and market data, and translate insights into effective campaign strategies.
• Manage promotional calendars, develop marketing materials, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with retail performance goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for optimisation.
• Mentor junior marketing staff and liaise with external agencies and partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in retail or FMCG marketing, ideally in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and track performance metrics.
• Fluency in English and Khmer, both written and spoken, is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Experience using social media platforms for brand promotion.
• Knowledge of basic design or content management tools (CMS).
