About the role
The Manager, Business Relationship (SME Banking) will supervise senior and junior Business Relationship Executives, ensuring high team performance and achievement of targets.
Key responsibilities
- Market, process, and review loan applications while optimizing bank profit and credit quality.
- Stay updated on new loan products and financial services to meet customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
- Guide, mentor, and supervise BREs to achieve team goals.
- Monitor economic and market trends to assess credit risk.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or related field.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in financial activities within a financial institution or related industry.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
