Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all equipment maintenance activities across Chip Mong Retail’s shopping malls and facilities, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. The role involves planning, documentation, safety compliance, and coordination with internal teams and external contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and execute routine and corrective maintenance tasks, recording all activities in the SAP system.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, equipment manuals, inventory logs, and inspection reports.
• Monitor equipment efficiency, implement improvements, and troubleshoot issues to reduce operational disruptions.
• Manage the maintenance budget, allocate resources, and procure materials within financial limits.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and relevant standards.
• Communicate effectively with operations teams, contractors, tenants, and vendors to coordinate tasks and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, MEP, Building Services, or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in building, mall, hotel, retail, or factory maintenance.
• 1–2 years supervising technicians or maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building facilities.
• Proven ability to read technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
