Legal Supervisor

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Legal Supervisor to provide comprehensive legal support across the organization, ensuring regulatory compliance and advising on legal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Review internal policies, SOPs, forms, customer‑facing documents, product documents, marketing and sales materials to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support contract review and execution, including risk identification, negotiation assistance, verification of signing authority, and maintenance of contract records.
• Assist regulatory and government relations activities, preparing and reviewing regulatory correspondence and reports.
• Provide corporate governance and secretarial support, preparing board and shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes, and statutory records.
• Assess legal risk for insurance complaints, claims and potential litigation, coordinating with external counsel as needed.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in law or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance, financial services, law firm or related industry.
• Proactive, quality‑focused and able to adapt to corporate culture.
• Strong communication and collaborative team spirit.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
