Learning and Development Supervisor

About the role

The Learning and Development Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position in Phnom Penh responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating learning programs that support employee growth and organisational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and develop curricula and training materials.
• Coordinate training schedules and deliver or facilitate training sessions.
• Collaborate with department leaders and HR to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Track training effectiveness through data and feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Coach team members, ensure consistent training standards, and support talent development and succession planning.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, communication, program development and team‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or related field (preferred).
• Experience in learning and development, corporate training or HR in a fast‑growing organisation (beneficial).
• Proficiency in MS Office and learning‑management or e‑learning platforms (advantage).
