Human Resource Manager (HRM)

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR business partnering across multiple functions in the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build talent pipelines.
• Drive employer branding initiatives.
• Act as an HR Business Partner, providing strategic and operational support.
• Support workforce planning, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Coach managers on people-related matters, employee relations, and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws and HR policies.
• Contribute to building a high‑performance, agile, people‑centric culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, consumer goods, manufacturing, distribution, or fast‑paced environments preferred.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proactive, agile, hands‑on, results‑oriented mindset.
• Good command of English and Khmer.
