Intern Group HR Business Partnering & Capability Development

About the role

The Intern in Group HR Business Partnering & Capability Development will support DKSH's Consumer Goods Business Unit across 14 APAC markets. This position offers hands‑on experience in strategic people initiatives such as organizational design, capability building, performance management, and data‑driven HR reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and local HR teams to drive people outcomes across 14 APAC markets.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyse HR data to produce actionable workforce insights.
• Prepare HR dashboards, business updates, and reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Review personnel cost trends, workforce utilization, and organisational effectiveness metrics.
• Support organisation‑structure reviews, workforce planning, and maintenance of accurate organisation charts.
• Analyse headcount movements, span of control, and workforce allocation.
• Assist with the Sales incentive framework review and consolidate status presentations for leadership.
• Track KPI metrics for training sessions, attendance, learning hours, and test scores.
• Coordinate training calendars, logistics, and trainer engagement across markets.
• Develop competency assessment tools and improve leadership presentations, HR reports, and workshop materials.
• Create executive‑level PowerPoint presentations that translate data into clear business insights.
• Support Group HR projects and ad‑hoc strategic initiatives, maintaining project trackers and ensuring timely delivery.
