Institutional & Corporate Partnership Development Officer

About the role

The Institutional & Corporate Partnership Development Officer will support KB PRASAC Bank in expanding its corporate payment ecosystem and growing fee‑based income. Reporting to the Unit Manager, the role involves identifying new business partners, promoting the bank’s products, and ensuring smooth integration and performance of partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential corporate and institutional partners to increase CASA and fee‑based revenues.
• Prepare and organize partnership documentation, including proposals, MOU drafts, and due‑diligence reports.
• Coordinate cross‑selling of KB PRASAC Bank’s products and services to target audiences.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, IT/Digital Banking, and other internal teams on agreement review, system integration, and user‑acceptance testing.
• Conduct market research, shortlist prospects, and present findings to the Unit Manager.
• Monitor partner performance, prepare regular reports, and handle escalated issues.
• Support brand visibility initiatives and respond to partner or client feedback.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in banking, corporate/institutional relationship management or business development.
• Experience in proposal writing, financial analysis and partner negotiation.
• Good command of English (speaking, writing, listening) and Khmer.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
