Human Resources Officer – Bilingual International School

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will support Invictus International School in delivering a seamless HR experience for staff across all levels. This role involves managing recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee engagement within a dynamic, bilingual educational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with local employment laws.
• Support payroll administration, including salary adjustments and employee data updates.
• Conduct salary surveys, job evaluations, and compensation analyses.
• Manage employee benefits programs, process insurance claims, and respond to employee inquiries.
• Prepare and submit required documents to government agencies.
• Assist with training grant applications and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement activities and training coordination.
• Perform ad‑hoc HR tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Cambodian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
