Human Resources Intern

About the role

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in daily recruitment activities, helping to attract and select qualified candidates for Chailease Royal Leasing. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing finance leasing company, providing exposure to the full hiring cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and shortlist resumes to identify candidates meeting minimum requirements.
• Assist in conducting interviews and coordinate schedules with hiring managers.
• Post job advertisements on social media platforms to attract applicants.
• Maintain and update HR recruitment documents and records.
• Perform other related HR duties as required.

Required profile

• Currently in Year 3 or above of a Business or related degree program.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle public relations tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
