HR Operations Officer (Talent Acquisition & Learning & Development)

About the role

A hands-on HR Officer covering Talent Acquisition (TA) and Learning & Development (L&D) is sought to contribute immediately to the company's growth. The role spans the full lifecycle of HR work, from attracting and integrating talent to designing and running professional development programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, format and post job ads internally and externally, and screen resumes against minimum requirements
• Schedule interviews, manage calendar invites and coordinate logistics and communication between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, their status and communications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Prepare employment contracts and new hire documentation with the HR team
• Coordinate training sessions (room setup, materials, vendors, virtual sessions) and record attendance, certifications and training budgets
• Share training schedules and feedback forms with employees, and help run orientation, engagement events and welfare/wellness programmes
• Act as a first point of contact for questions on basic HR policies and procedures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in HR support or administration
• Basic knowledge of local employment laws and standard HR practices
• Organised, detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Discretion and confidentiality, customer focus, teamwork, adaptability and initiative

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with an HRIS/ATS system
