About the role

Join Bluetick Advisory as an HR & Admins Lead, where you will drive the human resources and administrative functions of a growing firm. You will work on-site in Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh, supporting a dynamic team and contributing to a culture that values talent and excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Manage employee relations and address workplace issues.
  • Coordinate performance management cycles and support managers.
  • Handle day‑to‑day HR administration and maintain employee records.
  • Supervise office administration functions to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
