About the role
Avani is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee cleanliness, safety and quality across all public, guest and back‑of‑house areas. The role involves leading, training and motivating the housekeeping team while managing linen, inventory and cost controls.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all public, guest and back‑of‑house areas are clean and well maintained.
- Maintain health, safety and housekeeping SOPs/LSOPs.
- Train, coach and guide team members, including new staff.
- Maintain proper records for linen, uniforms, lost and found, and inventory.
- Manage linen, towel and uniform par levels.
- Control department costs, overtime and wastage.
- Oversee key control procedures and handle VIP/guest special requests.
- Support hotel events, task force assignments and other duties as required.
