Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Luxcity Hotel & Apartment is looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, apartments, corridors, and public areas. The role supports the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining high cleanliness standards and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities, assign duties and work schedules, and inspect rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and compliance with hotel policies, and provide training on cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office on room status and cleaning priorities, report maintenance issues to Engineering, and manage the use of supplies, linen, and equipment.
• Respond professionally to guest requests and complaints, ensure safety procedures are followed, and report operational issues to the Housekeeping Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within a hotel, serviced apartment, or similar hospitality environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English and basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage daily operations effectively.
• Honest, responsible, proactive, service‑oriented, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
