Head of Revenue Growth & CRM

About the role

The Head of Revenue Growth & CRM will design and execute integrated strategies that drive revenue, acquire new customers, retain existing ones, and increase lifetime value across all Wingretail businesses. Reporting to senior leadership, this role oversees direct marketing, loyalty, upsell/cross‑sell, and lifecycle programs while ensuring alignment with growth targets and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead monthly revenue‑generation strategies for e‑commerce, coffee shops, convenience stores and other OpCo units.
• Design performance‑marketing campaigns across offline and online channels, including SMS, email, paid search, social, influencer, affiliation, events and on‑ground activations.
• Develop and manage customer lifecycle programs such as onboarding, win‑back, upsell/cross‑sell, churn prevention and loyalty initiatives.
• Implement omnichannel CRM systems (email, mobile push, in‑app, SMS) and integrate a blockchain‑based rewards platform.
• Collaborate with product, brand, PR, data and tech teams to create targeting, segmentation and personalized content.
• Build a unified customer database linking brick‑and‑mortar and online commerce data for seamless omnichannel experiences.
• Measure program impact, produce KPI dashboards, conduct A/B testing and continuously optimise conversion, ROI and NPS.
• Recruit, coach and mentor a multidisciplinary team of revenue‑generation, direct‑marketing and retention specialists.

Required profile

• Senior professional with proven experience in revenue generation, direct marketing and CRM.
• Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering measurable growth.
• Ability to translate commercial goals into data‑driven marketing strategies.
