Social Media & Content Executive

About the role

The Social Media & Content Executive will plan, create, and manage engaging social media content and campaigns that strengthen the brand presence of the integrated resort and support its marketing and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly and quarterly content plans aligned with the marketing calendar and publish on all company platforms.
• Identify storytelling opportunities across the resort, produce scripts, storyboards, and shot lists, and coordinate photo/video productions.
• Monitor trends, manage online communities, respond to comments, and escalate guest enquiries as needed.
• Track performance with analytics, prepare reports, and optimise content and paid campaigns.
• Maintain a well‑organized library of assets and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, copywriting and project coordination abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, adaptable and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with CapCut for video editing.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
