Head of Marketing Strategy & Communications

About the role

The Head of Marketing Strategy & Communications will shape and execute the company’s overall marketing roadmap, driving brand awareness and customer engagement across both digital and traditional channels. This senior leader will guide a multidisciplinary team, ensuring all initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, refine and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports corporate goals.
• Design digital marketing campaigns, optimise ad spend on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, and set clear KPIs including SEO performance.
• Monitor brand sentiment and social engagement through data analysis and reporting.
• Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with social influencers, defining terms, messaging and performance metrics.
• Create and curate content for social media (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram) and website in English and Khmer, maintaining content calendars aligned with the customer journey.
• Provide creative direction for visual and conceptual aspects of campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
• Develop and execute PR strategies, manage corporate communications and crisis response plans.
• Collaborate with business units on product launches, targeted persona marketing and sales‑driving initiatives.
• Lead the production of the Annual Report and other corporate communication materials.
• Manage advertising and publicity budgets and generate performance analysis reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in strategic marketing and communications with a record of successful campaign execution.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, influencer marketing, content creation and public relations.
• Strong leadership ability to manage cross‑functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
