About the role

Mega Asset Management is seeking a senior leader to shape its data‑driven strategy across a portfolio of real‑estate and agricultural assets. The Head of Business Data Analyst will turn complex data into actionable insights that support growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive data management and analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from internal systems, third‑party tools, and market research to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Define KPIs with cross‑functional teams and build dashboards and reports to monitor performance.
• Translate complex datasets into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Stay current with industry trends and evaluate new analytics tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize data infrastructure, governance, security, and compliance.
• Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, or BI roles.
• Proven track record leading analytics teams and enterprise‑level initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to turn data into strategic insight.
• Excellent English communication; Chinese language skills are a plus.
