About the role
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce visual assets for our real‑estate marketing initiatives. The role combines design, photography and basic video production to support the promotion of projects, events and company activities.
Key responsibilities
- Design marketing materials such as social media posts, brochures, flyers, banners and other promotional content.
- Capture professional photographs of project sites, events and company activities.
- Create and edit simple promotional videos.
- Edit and retouch project and property photos to maintain high visual standards.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop creative content and uphold the brand image.
Required profile
- Proven experience in graphic design.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work responsibly.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools.
- Photography skills for on‑site shoots.
- Basic video editing capabilities.
- Photo editing and retouching expertise.
