Digital Multimedia Designer

About the role

This position combines digital content creation and multimedia design, focusing on planning and managing social media content, developing compelling copy, and creating engaging visual assets for Facebook and other digital platforms. The successful candidate will ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and audience insights while driving engagement and supporting business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the monthly/weekly content calendar for Facebook and other channels as needed.
• Write copy for social posts, captions, and ad content that fits the brand voice and campaign goals.
• Plan content themes around promotions, product launches, and seasonal moments.
• Monitor content performance using Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and other relevant tools, and optimise content plans based on performance data and audience engagement.
• Design graphics, short‑form videos, and animated content for Facebook and other social channels.
• Adapt designs across formats (feed posts, Stories/Reels, ads, thumbnails, email headers) while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage multiple content and design requests, meet deadlines and organise files/assets for easy team access.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook Insights for performance tracking.
• Experience using Google Analytics to analyse audience engagement.
