About the role
This full-time, on-site position in Phnom Penh focuses on creating visual assets that support branding, marketing campaigns, digital channels, and print materials for the real estate and hospitality sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Develop design concepts, graphics, layouts, and refined logos to maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Produce production‑ready files and manage organized design libraries.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to translate business objectives into engaging visuals.
- Stay current with design trends relevant to regional and global markets.
- Create assets for both digital and print channels.
Required profile
- Strong foundation in visual design with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and solid layout composition skills.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or investment‑related design is a plus.
