Graphic Designer – Event Visuals & Branding

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for events, collaborating with internal teams and clients to translate project goals into compelling branding and graphics. Responsibilities include developing invitations, stage backdrops, and other promotional materials that enhance the overall event experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative visual concepts, layouts, and designs for print and digital advertising materials.
• Execute design projects from concept to final production, ensuring files meet specifications for both print and digital platforms.
• Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all design deliverables.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, software, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, account managers, and clients.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to achieve desired outcomes.
• Organize and maintain a library of design assets, including fonts, images, and brand files.
• Train and mentor junior staff or interns as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• At least two years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in an advertising agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical proficiency, and a diverse range of work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude.
