Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the restaurant’s kitchen and bar operations, ensuring high-quality menus, efficient supply management, and excellent customer service. This role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve attractive menus.
• Forecast, plan, source, and order food and beverage supplies.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
• Adhere to food and beverage budgets and financial targets.
• Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Handle customer relations, process complaints, and respond to needs.
• Assist with marketing events and enforce restaurant policies.
• Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hospitality experience, focused on food and beverage.
• Culinary or food service management degree (advantageous).
• In‑depth knowledge of the food industry and related software.
• Proven ability to meet budgets and financial targets.
• Strong organizational, leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and delegation abilities.
