Corporate Management Trainee

About the role

The Corporate Leadership Training Program at Park Hyatt Siem Reap is a 12‑month Career Management Trainee (CMT) initiative designed to fast‑track high‑potential graduates into future hotel leaders. Participants will rotate across key departments, lead team‑based projects and gain hands‑on management experience while contributing to Hyatt’s service‑driven culture.

Key responsibilities

• Meet service quality standards that affect guest satisfaction and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
• Accept opportunities to learn new skills, improve performance and cross‑train for other hotel positions.
• Solve routine operational problems and ask questions when unsure how to complete tasks.
• Engage in task‑based assignments to develop operational expertise and interact with owners, guests and associates.

Required profile

• Passionate fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Good working knowledge of English; relevant internship or work experience in hotel operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and creative problem‑solving abilities, cultural awareness and high adaptability.
• Clear ambition to grow into a managerial and leadership role within Hyatt properties.
