Finance Assistant to Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Assistant to the Finance Manager will support daily financial operations at BPC Group’s Phnom Penh office. This full‑time, on‑site position involves preparing and reviewing financial documents, assisting with budgeting and cash‑flow monitoring, and maintaining accurate ledger records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and file financial documents and reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow analysis.
• Support monthly and annual closing activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and consolidate financial data.
• Prepare management reports and summaries.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles, budgeting and basic tax concepts.
• Attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
