Finance & Accounting Executive Officer

About the role

The Finance & Accounting Executive Officer will oversee daily, monthly and yearly financial transactions and reporting. The role supports the finance department by ensuring accurate bookkeeping, tax compliance and coordination with all internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and monitor financial data for reporting purposes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Manage daily finance and accounting transactions in line with company accounting standards.
• Record transactions, prepare supporting documents and process payment requests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth accounting operations.
• Develop and recommend accounting procedures and policies while maintaining internal controls.
• Reconcile account information and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly tax declarations for review and ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience with financial accounting systems, data extraction and analysis.
• Knowledge of Cambodian taxation system and tax compliance.
• Strong ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English for daily communication and reporting.
