Sales Manager – Leisure

About the role

AccorHotel is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead leisure sales initiatives, drive revenue, and expand market share for its property in Phnom Penh. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet leisure revenue and room‑night targets.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, wholesalers, and luxury travel advisors in both local and international markets.
• Identify new leisure business opportunities and secure contracts to increase market share.
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales missions, roadshows, and networking events.
• Negotiate rates and agreements while maximizing profitability.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to support revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of the leisure travel segment and luxury distribution channels.
• Existing network with DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, and luxury travel advisors is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with Cambodia and regional leisure travel markets preferred.
