Early Years Co-Teacher

About the role

The Early Years Co-Teacher will deliver dynamic, engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum, fostering academic, social and emotional growth for young learners.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative, technology‑enhanced lessons that meet Cambridge standards.
• Create daily lesson plans and cross‑curricular activities reflecting current pedagogical practice.
• Differentiate instruction to ensure access for all students regardless of ability, language proficiency or interest.
• Assess student performance using observations, performance‑based tasks and standard tests.
• Communicate student progress to parents via Managebac and other channels.
• Lead co‑curricular and extra‑curricular programs and support competition participation.

Required profile

• Degree in Education or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Cambridge International curriculum standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with students, parents and staff.
• Reliability, good time‑keeping and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in integrating technology and hands‑on learning experiences.
• Ability to use Managebac or similar student information systems.
• Capability to design differentiated lessons for varied learner needs.
