Event Supervisor

About the role

ICS International School is looking for a creative and organized Event Supervisor to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of school events and student activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual, termly and monthly event plans and calendars.
• Plan, organize and oversee assemblies, celebrations, competitions, cultural programs, field trips, graduations, orientations and community engagement activities.
• Coordinate logistics including venue setup, equipment, decorations, transportation, catering, registration and event materials.
• Work closely with Academic Affairs and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, service providers, performers, sponsors and partners.
• Support student leadership initiatives, clubs and enrichment programs.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, safeguarding, health and safety standards and risk management procedures.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to promote events and create engaging content.
• Monitor event budgets and control costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Education, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in event planning, coordination, student activities or hospitality.
• Proven experience organizing large‑scale events, school activities, conferences, exhibitions or community programs.
• Strong project management, planning, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
