Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the company’s online presence, creating and executing content strategies across multiple platforms. This role reports to top management and works closely with sales and creative teams to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts, create content, engage audiences, and monitor performance.
• Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars in collaboration with senior leadership and sales.
• Lead the production of video assets, from scripting to final editing.
• Oversee the digital marketing budget to maximize return on investment.
• Build, mentor, and evaluate a high‑performing team of graphic designers and video editors.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media, paid campaigns, website traffic, and emerging platforms such as TikTok and Telegram.
• Continuously improve strategies by interpreting social data, metrics, and industry best practices.
• Handle day‑to‑day digital operations, competitor analysis, and posting schedules.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or content production.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Proven leadership and team‑management experience.
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to fast‑changing market trends.
