Assistant Manager, Product and Channel Marketing

About the role

Prudential is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead product and channel marketing initiatives. The role combines brand management, channel development, and insurance expertise to drive product sales and enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver channel marketing campaigns and product launches aligned with business growth objectives.
• Develop and launch targeted customer campaigns in partnership with bancassurance channels.
• Implement lead generation and nurturing strategies across offline and digital channels to boost sales and agent recruitment.
• Create customer engagement opportunities that facilitate meaningful conversations between the sales force and prospects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify new business opportunities, including merchandise planning and seasonal promotions.
• Manage agency branding initiatives to strengthen the employer value proposition and support recruitment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience at a Marketing Campaign Manager level, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to partner across internal departments, distribution channels, and external partners without direct authority.
• Strong understanding of target‑audience behavior and the ability to balance internal and external stakeholder needs.
• Experience developing integrated campaign strategies, messaging frameworks, and go‑to‑market plans for new product launches.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint for presentation development.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using generative AI tools to enhance campaign planning and content creation.
