Digital Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Supervisor to lead our online presence, drive engagement, and oversee the creation of compelling digital content. The role reports to top management and works closely with sales and creative teams to deliver results across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s social media channels, including content creation, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.
• Develop monthly and quarterly content calendars in collaboration with top management and the sales team.
• Lead a creative team of graphic designers and video editors, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and day‑to‑day guidance.
• Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI on paid campaigns and other initiatives.
• Track, analyze, and report on digital metrics such as website traffic, social media performance, and paid advertising results.
• Continuously improve strategies by interpreting social data, competitor analysis, and emerging market trends.
• Produce and edit video content, write scripts, and coordinate production workflows.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or digital production.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven mindset.
• Proven leadership experience managing a multidisciplinary digital team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to fast‑changing market conditions.
