About the role

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing Executive to lead our content initiatives and drive brand visibility within the real‑estate sector. The role combines strategic planning, content creation, and performance analysis to attract and engage prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies that generate leads, engage clients, and build brand awareness.
• Research, write, edit, and publish blog posts, articles, and social‑media updates.
• Create visually engaging assets such as videos, infographics, and images for multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with real‑estate professionals to identify trending topics and industry news for content creation.
• Manage and optimise the content calendar to ensure timely publication aligned with marketing goals.
• Measure and analyse content performance using web‑analytics tools, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Continuously research industry trends and best practices to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge and enhance content quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in content creation, preferably within the real‑estate industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content for diverse audiences.
• Self‑starter with strong time‑management skills, capable of working independently and collaborating with team members.
